Explode block with assigned layer

Normally I use block, wich have all entities in layer 0 (zero), by layer and etc...

When is this block in layer ie. LAYER1 (color 10) is in LAYER1 and red.

When is this block exploded is in layer "0" and default black.

 

Known anybody any method, how I can explode this block with preservation of properties which have as block?

I mean, block will be exploded, but in layer "LAYER1". Simple entities with layer "0" take "LAYER1".
