Assign MMB to RMB or 'rtpan to RMB

A lamer question. How to assign 'rtpan or better then 'rtpan assing middle mouse button to right mouse button in BricsCAD. It's for BricsCAD over Parallels 8 in OS X. I have MagicMouse, try MagicPrefs, BetterTouch tools, but emulating of MMB not work correctly and in "one" seamless surface is problem click on "middle" area.
