How to request license file?

 I had already installed Bricscad V16 on my computer, but my computer cannot connect to the internet.
I want to activate the license with manual activation.
It seem like that I have to go to My account page to request license file, but I don't know what I have to do after go to My account page.
Please tell me how to request license file.
