convert failed iso.pat to unicode

Hi,

I have often this error message :
Failed to Convert the file "/Users/Me/Library/Application Support/Bricsys/Bricscad/V17X6/fr_FR/Support/iso.pat" to Unicode

Example : the 1st time I use hatch (not the second) or when I modify hatch and choose preset (result no predefined ...) and the error
