Lost SheetSet upon crash

Hello - this is a discouraging problem. Are .dst files saved anywhere besides the drawing recovery? I was working on putting together sheetsets and the program crashed and I lost the sheet set I was working on and all of the associated data that I assigned to the layouts.

I also had this once icloud when i was working it gimp crashed upon me but unfortunately google classroom you cannot get the progress back.
