Blank workspace startup

When starting BricsCAD, I can opt to either automatically have BC create a blank Drawing1 from the default DWT file, or I can get the dialog for opening working sets, open a file, etc.

Is there a way to opt neither, IOW just an empty workspace, and you can then create a new blank drawing or open existing drawings using the normal means via toolbar and menu? That seems a lot less intrusive to me, but if there's a way to do it, I haven't been able to figure it out. I'm almost always opening an existing file, but I like the normal means better than the startup dialog (plus why have to have two different methods?)
