Could this error be caused by BriscCAD? This is generated inside CADWorx.

    Your vertical may need to make changes to accommodate the new startup option (which I hate). Previous versions started with a new blank drawing ready to go (editor fully initialized). Consider trying different values for the STARTUP system variable.
