Pdf output in black and white instead of color

When I export my file to pdf, a google map picture in the background becomes black and white.
How do I make sure that when I export it to a pdf, it wil also export with colors

    Check your settings. I attached a copy of my settings.
    I opened Google Maps, printed to PDF, the xref'd the image into a new dwg, created a viewport, completed the page setup, drew a green polyline in paperspace, and executed the PDF Export.
    At this point, if it's not something in the settings, I am thinking it has something to do with the plot style you're using.
