V21 Mechanical - 3D PDF Export

Hi,
When I attempt to export a 3d PDF it cancels and I get the message below....

Cancel
EXPORTPDF
The specified module could not be found.
C:\Program Files\Bricsys\BricsCAD V21 en_US\OdPrc2PdfModule_21.4_15.tx

Anyone having a similar issue or have a possible solution?

    Hi,
    A follow up from my first post...
    The module OdPrc2PdfModule_21.4_15.tx does exist in the location specified.
    For some reason it can't be found or is not being recognised.
    I have checked the file path settings and that looks ok.

    Any ideas...please.
