V12 Deferred osnap

I seem to have an issue with the osnap deferring to perpendicular? Anyone else have this issue. This is a new quirk for me with V12. In the past the osnap would find the closest snap point, perpendicular being one but it would not "deferrd pependicular" as a default. f I right click it will release this command and start a line. Though not always at the osnap location I expect.

    Concerning 'Deferred perpendicular entity snap' item the problem occurs when drawing lines, but ONLY if the first snap of a new Line command sequence is on a LINE entity. If the first point is defined otherwise (e.g. clicking, coordinates, snapping to another entity type, ...), the problem does not occur.
    We are currently looking into the matter and will try to modify the behavior to the most practical solution.
