Support is amazing

I cannot give enough praise for the support offered by Bricscad, I have placed two support cases, and although the technical details are beyond me, the developers at Bricscad have proven this to be a highly commendable company, my thanks go to Tiemen, Hans, and Codrut and probably a few other people working in the background.
They kept me well informed on progress of the issues and a solution will be available in a few weeks, but as though that is not enough they returned to me working drawings with the fix already applied in one of the cases and a LISP routine to help me get on with my work in the other case. Thank you so much.
