Procedure for starting a single step debug session in BLADE

Can someone post a line by line by line procedure for starting and running a "vanilla" single step debug session.
i.e. Debug - Start Debug Session
Load File in Debugger
Type command in BricsCAD
Single step,SS,SS,SS
etc.
I have stumbled into this several times, but have yet to determine the exact procedure that I followed to get there
