have you tried the WHIPARC variable?
if it's on 0 try putting it on 10 -

Thanks guys... I have one file that has the octagonal circles but other files are ok ?? I used both commands ?? oh well just created another file all is ok lol

Then there is someting wrong with the dwg Is this dwg located on a server volume or local harddisk of ssd?
