Parametric Block Attribute question

I have a parametric block with an attribute, but when I change an option in the parameters, the attribute text doesn't move. I have to synchronize it. Do you know why this might be?"

    Hello.

    The issue might be caused by various reasons.
    It would be useful to have a sample file where it occurs.

    These blocks have parametric options and when you open them in AutoCAD they lose them and are blocks without a name.
