Architectural Dimensions on Mac

Is there any way to get Metric architectural dimensions on a Mac. With Uppercase 5 for rounded mm. I know that there is an extension for Windows, but I m currently considering Bricscad as a replacement for my current CAD and this would be a dealbreaker.

    Can you not just set up a dimstyle ? The precision is an option in the "Primary Units" or DIMDEC.
