Drop Down List in a Block
Is it possible to add a lookup table to a block that allows you to select a value from a list, like in the image below? I'm trying to convert all of my AutoCAD dynamic blocks over to BricsCAD.

An alternative could be to convert the block to a dynamic block, if it is not already one, which allows for lookup tables. BricsCAD outside the US can create and fully edit dynamic blocks but in the US that will not be available until 2027 due to patent expiration being at a later date in the US than outside the US if I understood it correctly.

Yeah, I saw that previous post, but don't see how to use custom properties in a block.
It's already a dynamic block from AutoCAD, so I guess I'll just keep it that way.

I don't know if this is the sort of thing you are looking for, or if this link is still active, but it might do what you require.

If its visibility states in a dynamic block you can display a list of the states available, for me I use a dcl with radio buttons. Look in Dynamic block get-put-part2.

This is interesting, thanks for sharing and I may try it out in the near future.
One concern that I have for now is that it seems to rely on the plug-in to be able to use the drop-down lists which could mean that those without the plug-in installed cannot use the drop-down lists.
I guess that is what testing is for :-)
