Installing third party app with trial license

Hi,

One colleague installed a trial version of Bricscad last week to test BIM and 3D, and he also wanted to test few third party app. However, none of the app are visible on Bricscad, and their shortcuts are also not working. He tried loading them with APPLOAD, tried CUSTOMIZE…without success.

He tried the following app: Plex Earth, Parabuild, Multisuite and Mech Q.

I have Plex Earth on mine that installed without issue that is accessible on the ribbon. Other would not work on mine as I don't have BIM.

Does this come from any trial licensing limitations or not? Any specificity on how to install them?

    Maybe do a support request as your using a trial version.

    What version of BricsCAD did they install? Many 3rd party apps will not have updated to BricsCAD V26 yet. If this is the case, then they simply need to install BricsCAD V25 instead.

    Trials are fully functional including the ability to run 3rd party apps.
