Adding a thread in a 3D model with BricsCAD v20
I have an older version of BricsCAD. Is there any way I can add a thread to a 3D model? The DMTHREAD command does not seem to exist.
I wanted to start by inserting a bolt, but apparently an M27 x 1 bolt is not in the library.
Thanks in advance.

Hello.
In V20, the DMTHREAD command is, indeed, not implemented.
The only threads available are those in the components from the library. To create a single bolt, a standard component could be used as a start point - a thread component for instance.
Further, the design table parameter should be deleted, so that not to interfere with the new dimensions.
Then, you could add some parameters to dimension the outer cylindrical face, the length, and the chamfer.
Finally, the thread parameters should be changed.I am not sure this is useful, but I attached the drawing where I tested it.
