Fixed - Printer cannot be used - Unable to get paper sizes

Hi,

After running CCleaner , i'm unable to print with my plotter.
The print template of the A0 page , shows now as printer " None (Cannot be used: Canon IPF750).
Whenever i try to select the Canon IPF750 Printer it gives an error "Unable to get paper sizes list for this device."

I tried re-installing bricscad, doing a system restore, but none of these helped.

The printer is stil visible and usable in windows printers.

Is there a workaround / fix ?

Fixed by reinstalling printer.

Concerning re-installing Bricscad, the procedure in the article linked below could be useful.

Concerning the printer, something useful could be to reinstall it or update the driver, even if other applications work fine when printing.

I think Virgil's suggestion to re-install the plotter driver, and then go to "Printer Preferences" in the plotters configuration settings and select the sheet sizes you need.
