Bring Back Quick Select in V26

BRICKSYS, PLEASE BRING BACK QUICK SELECT IN V.26.

It was so simple in V21, quick select: all, then polyline, then color, then lenght and voila.

Now its a trash selection, that I don;t know how it;s working and I don;t have time for it!

Please bring back ''add to new selection set'' button.

We users that paid for upgrades we expect upgrades not downgrades! quick select it;s major major major down grade for me.

    Hello.

    In V26, quick select was adjusted to allow multiple selections concerning the entities that are to be selected and their properties.

    The usage is just like in V21 with some small changes that add the improvement of multiple selections of entities and properties.
    This improvement allows to increase the speed of quick select.

    For example, as in your example with polylines, the procedure would be like this:

    • Activate quick select.
    • Optionally, select some entities on the screen.
      Further, this step allows to apply the filters only to that selection, and not to the entire drawing.
    • The drop-down list is just like in V21, only that there are some checkboxes that give the option to select multiple types of entities.
      For this example, tick the checkbox of polylines, then click outside the dorp-down to close it.
    • To set the color filter, the operation is similar: click the color drop-down and tick one or more color checkboxes.
    • Finally, inpput the lenght.
    • Once the filters are set, the buttons of creating the selection are just like in V21, allowing to clear and create a new selection, add or remove from an existing one.
