COM And Hatch

How can I for hatch conture if i have only point in the conture? I have'nt items in conture! If I send command "hatch p ......" or "(command ...)" then I see message: "No conture" but I see loop on the monitor. If i do click on the Document and repeat action, that command is carried out correctly!
