Converting to Microstation

Hi All,Does anyone convert between Microstation (.dgn) and BricsCAD (.dwg) files? I would like some advice on reliable utilities for doing this in both directions. I only have BricsCAD on my machine, so AutoCADs native ability to do this in later versions is not an option for me, nor is anything that Microstation can do for the same reason.RegardsJamie

    I had Turbocad installed for a while - it had a great many conversion options, dgn among them.I converted some dwgs from dgn's ok a couple of times, but couldn't vouch for every detail being faithful. They were fine for my purposes.

    Microstation will save as DWG file in V8 and later.

    Also try "Bentley Redline." It's not "free" as such but is useable for fifteen minutes at a time which is more than long enough to do a few file conversions (at least it did in the last version I tried). Also if you happen to be mates with someone who is a Bentley Select customer you can get it without the restrictions. It converts between DWG and all versions of Microstation up to V8.

    Thanks to all who replied. I have tried Bentley Redline and it seems to work well.
