Ugrade Limit?

I tried to upgrade my bricscad v9 to v10.  It says "invalid key".  I notice that there is a note saying there is only on upgrade allowed.  Does bricscad stop you from upgrading more than once?

    Mine does too. I sent a support request, I expect it's just a hiccup.

    There is a knowledge article on that possibly happening in Vista, but I use XP.

    Unless the trial and registered versions are different downloads, but it does not seem so.

    Under Registration > My Stuff, you can see all your past license keys.

    My V10 key not there (although payment shows up), which makes sense I guess - it probably takes a little time to generate.

    Funny thing is the key I saw while buying V10 is the old one for V8. My V9 is obviously more recent.

    Upgrading should work again, there was a small oversight in the settings.
    If you experience more problems, please let us know.
