maximum number of layouts practical in Bricscad
We have a number of files with a large number of A4 sheets in Paperspace in Autocad R14,
sometimes over 50. I have a few that approach 100. They are defined as views: P01, P02, etc.
(I have a batch printing lisp that plots each view to hpgl/2 very quickly)
In Bricscad V10 I know we should (eventually) convert these multiple sheets in an Autocad R14 Paperspace to Bricscad V10 Layouts, defining 1 layout for each sheet.
(I'm sure I can mostly automate the process with lisp)
My question is, about how many layouts are practical with Bricscad V10?
I would prefer not to have to break up these files (various door and window schedules, detail lists, and the like)

I don't think there are any physical limitations other than system resources. Open your largest drawing, then open up the task manager.
You can always make an Xref for your layouts, this way you don't need to break up your drawings.
