New version won't work at all nor will older versions now

I am an Intellicad user since the initial release of Intellicad 98. I have been downloading upgrades ever since. However, I tried installing 3.1.009 and it would not accept my license - it would tell me the language was not acceptable or something of that nature. Ok, so I uninstalled it and tried to put my older backed up version of 2.2.0027 and now it gives me the license dialog which accepts the license but won't save it and open. Hey, what gives?! I need this to work, now!Please help.

    NEVERMIND. It seems that somehow (probably when the power went out last Friday) the my clock settings got botched up (it said January 1999). It turns out that after I corrected the settings everything works fine with the Intellicad.
