No Help in v.3.003

I use the Intellicad v.3.003 and when I go to F1 or Help ,nothing happens.Is it possible that the help is not included?Nahum

    Dear Mr. SchutzWe did not experience any problems with the Help in the latest BricsCad IntelliCAD version. Can you please check whether the Help folder exists in the IntelliCAD program folder. The help in version 3.3.0003 was extended with Viewlets, therefore the Viewlets subfolder should exist in the Help folder. If not, the installation of version 3.3.0003 was not executed properly. Please uninstall and run the installation procedure again. This should solve the problem.
