Single dwg open mode for 3.03 ?

Is there any way to disable the multiple dwg opening mode? I want to use Intellicad as a plain jane viewer/plotter but users do not need to have the ability to open more than 1 drawing at a time.Also is there any way to set the Intellicad to automatically run in a read only mode?Thanks

    hi,at my work we use "volo vierer" from autodesk. It allows users to open a dwg and "roam around". Hope this helps
