no crosshairs

I upgraded my computer system and when I reinstalled my software the intellicad 98 release 1.0d had no crosshairs. The operating system is windows 2000. I have checked all the settings and colors of the crosshairs, but I still can not see them. Any help would be much appreciated.

    TWO THINGS:NO.1 IS NOT LIKELY. (CAN BE USED AS A DIRTY TRICK...) IF SNAPS ARE SET TO A LARGE ENOUGH VALUE AND ACTIVATED - NO CROSSHAIRS! ! !I GUESS THEY SNAP TO A NON VIZIBLE POSITION?NO. 2 TRY MOUSE SETTINGS. SET TO DEAD SLOW - NO TRAILS... THIS MAY ALSO HELP WITH JITTERY AND/OR HANGING CROSS HAIRS.. LEAST IT DID FOR ME. I DISCOVERED IT WHEN TRYING SOME 'HAIRY' SETTINGS: FAST WITH LONG TRAILS. THE SCREEN SIMLPLY FILLED WITH LATENT CROSS HAIRS!LET ME KNOW IF THESE HELP.
