Thought was cool test of the API. A Palette, Jig, and a Block icon generator

Kind of a Python block manager.

    Is it to compare to Acad's Block icon display, personally I keep it closed, I like the list and image combo a less cluttered approach than the Acad offering.

    Bricsys did a really good job on their palette. You can set it to a high transparency and auto hide.
