querty in stead of azerty

I've installed version 4.1, but when I enter text in Intellicad, my keybord uses the querty-type in stead of arzerty. My other programs are still working in azerty.How can I resolve this?

    If multiple languages (keyboard/locale settings) are installed, Windows can associate one particular program with one particular language (locale). Supposedly Windows will also (try) to update and save this setting.You could try to open IntelliCAD switch to NL instead of EN and close IntelliCAD. Alternatively you can also delete your EN (qwerty) keyboard via Control Panel>Regional Options Tab Input Locales; select EN press delete button. From then on, Windows can't be confused because there is only one dafault language and hence can't confuse you more then is strictly necessary...
