Locking Viewport in Paperspace

Is there an option to lock a viewport in Paperspace that has zoomed modelspace/paperspace scaled?

    I don't think Intellicad supports this option yet.

    When I select a viewport and open the properties there is an option for 'Display Locked', which allows the viewport to be moved but it locks the contents (so they don't rescale or move).Does this address your concern?
