undo
I still get strange behaviours from the undo commmand like: changing zoom area and undoing certain changes but not others...Is this still a bug to be fixed or is it my installation? (I see that for the last couple of months this problem has not been much adressed)thanksnuno

I have had that in the past but don't think I have had it with any Bricscad version. Certainly not in 4.1.0040.

But I still get them. Just now using undo once, Bricscad undid more than 30 operations. I was lucky to have saved previously (becomes a must with Bricscad :-)Any ideas?thanksnuno

I have experienced that the undo command will take me back xxx number of zooms for some reason.PLEASE take the zooms out of the undo list! This is especiallly frustrating if you use the wheel for zooming. Thanks in advance.

Here's what works for me -EVERY TIME I OPEN A DRAWING, I follow this routine:---Settings menu\Drawing Settings\Display Tab,Click the dropdown menu for "Program Interface",(Keep the check in "Enable Undo Command"),Clear the box for "Enable Undo Groups",Check "Disable multiple undo".Click "OK".---If there's a way to automate this, please let me know.VM

I vote wit Jerry!Undo should only be drawing operations NOT zooming. Patrik

That's what it did sometimes in about 2000 when undo was a BIG problem. You couldn't even see it undoing your whole drawing. Even if it has to undo all those wheel movements, at least you can see when it's time to stop now. I like it the way it is.

I don't mind about the zooming (I guess it's better that undo undoes zooming too), what bothers me is the bug that undoes dozens of operations with only one undo. That's the point.nuno

Actually just had the old undoing miles of stuff in one go, like the good old days. I had tried a Wacom stylus tablet, which has real potential but the software is suss. As soon as I took it off Icad was OK again.

Update: I got the Wacom tablet to work (and it's great), but there still seems to be an occasional missed operation when undoing. Nothing as serious as when the computer was not running properly with the tablet though.
