HP DesignJet 500 and 800PS

I am currently running into a issue with the HP print driver used for the HP DesignJet 500 and 800PS. If I go into the windows printer properties and add the architectural size to the paper list they show up in windows then I go into BricsCAD select the plotter then in the scale/view tab go to select my arch C size paper it is not listed. Where does BricsCAD read the paper size list from? Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

  • I get to answer a question for TINA!!!!!!!Cool, howeverOurs are set up in ANSI, so I have not a clue!Sorry

  • I own a Designjet 500 and have the same problem with "Bricscad Paper sizes" in the original plot dialog. I need the selection 'oversize D - 24'x36" and Bricscad just offers up to 'D size: 22"x34". This is one for the Bricscad support and development team..........

  • Make sure the paper size in Icad is set to 36" roll. Then go tothe bottom of the Paper Size list to : <>.Make sure there is a check mark next to Architectural. Be sureto save your quick setup for use later, as well as saving your setup in Icad in case you need to reset it later. I specify the size and color settings as : HP500_24x36-gray , etc. for a quick settings restore.

  • Oops! Syntax error - The end of the Paper List says: Edit Paper List.
