Importing Alias

When importing an alias (.ica) file it just keeps adding to the original list rather than just overriding the existing ones. E.g. If I have C = COPY and I import my personal alias file I will get C = COPY and underneath it I will still have C = CIRCLE. Thus my COPY does not work but CIRCLE still works when I type C.
