iso.shx

I am trying to convert some lisp to V8, from AutoCAD. I use an iso.shx in AutoCAD, but when I try to use this in V8, is says invlaid font. In V6 it worked just fine. What's wrong, and more important, how can I solve this, other than using the TTF-font...

  • It works here, did you put the ISO.SHX file in your Bricscad//fonts folder?

  • Also make sure the font folder appears in Bricscad' search path. Either use the command line "SRCHPATH" or find it in the settings dialog. It should be included by default but when I upgraded to V8 I had the same problem. It might have had something to do with having two versions running at once(?).

  • The shx is in the font-folder and the supportpath is also OK.The problem exists in V8, not in V7 or lower.I tried other shx-files, but when it contains fonts, it doesn't work. Linetypes works fine.

  • The only iso.shx on my system was dated 1998 and it's in a directory called "dwgs" in which I have set Icad v8 to start. It finds it ok, but it looks very few fonts came with v8 and no iso fonts.I use isocp2 all the time, that's only there from some previous installation or download - there are some sources on the net.
