Fatal Error V9

We are filing a support request separately but we seem to be getting a fatal error several times a day with version 9. It appears to happen when we are doing something like a stretch or trim and our cross hairs catch an extension line of a dimension. The consistent thing is the dimension extension line. It shuts down the drawing and forces us to retrieve a recovered version. Just wondering if this is happening to anyone else?

Just once, yesterday. Might have happened because the end of the dim extension ran some distance along the line which would not normally be the case - that point is almost always visible.
