Tablet calibration questions...
I have an old Summagraphics SummaSketch II Pro digitizing tablet and am having problems calibrating it. Does anyone else have such a tablet and know howto get it working?I am running:- Bricscad v9.2.15- TabletWorks 10.08 build 14- Windows XP Pro SP3Using the TabletWorks test procedure I can see it recognizes the tablet and the coordinates on the tablet are correct... (0,0) to (18000,11000).Bricscad TABLET command will run through the calibration process allowing me to digitize points and input the world coordinates for each. Once the point input is complete it displays the RMS and allows me to select the transformation method (ortho, affine or projective). At command completion it reports tablet is calibrated and yet the coordinates are not correct. In fact the tablet generated coordinates change depending on the view zoom and position. Is there something else I need to do?Help! :-)

Ok, a response from support refered me to the knowledgebase which says to read the help file and make sure the tablet is working in Windows but also mentions there is no support for tablets in v8.I am pretty sure I have read of changes and or improvements made affecting tablets through the v9 cycle. If anyone has experience with tablets in v9 or simply knows they do not work please share here.Thanks.

For anyone following this thread...I have been able to get my work started using Bricscad v7 and have since been informed (and confirmed) the current beta version of v9 will calibrate my tablet and generate accurate coordinates.Good stuff!
