F1 Help Broken

Hello,Bricscad 9 Pro. In trying to find an answer to another question here, I find that using F1 HELP crashes the app. It is a new installation and I'm a first time user. The error is: "Runtime Error Occurred, Debug? Line 282, Object doesn't support this property or method."Then the app freezes and crashes, must be restarted. This happensboth when choosing from the HELP Menu or using the F1 key.Any suggestions? Reinstall maybe? Thanks,LB

    I have never experienced this problem so cannot help. I would suggest submitting a support request.

    We can't reproduce it here either. Could you try reinstalling, and if the problem persists, please submit a support request specifying the full version number of Bricscad, and the operating system.
