VBA

just moving my Acad VBA over to VB.Net using COM Interop. Will this code work for Bricscad or what is the plan for Bricscad VBA since Microsoft is abandoning it.

  • Sorry - should have read below. Anyway I take it VBA will ship with Bricscad as long as possible and both will remain in the 32bit environoment. Also my question remains about the .Net Code. If the VBA is converted into VB without .Net is there a facility for defining custom commands?

  • Hi Joseph,I wrote a little C++/BRX routine to load/execute .NET modules. I originally wrote it for personal use, but thinking that it might be useful to others, I posted it in the Dev forum (its called RxNet.dll) FYI, it’s not supported by anyone other than me, and you need the pro version of Bricscad.
