  • If you google "arctext lsp" you find some lisp files that may be useful. Here is one site:http://www.erineberhard.com/lisp/erinlisp.cfm

  • Thanks for the reply Ragnar. I should have said I have searched and tried most of the results found. I have also started work on my own but soon realized I will not be able to devote enough time to create what I want.Ideally I am looking for something that:- will place text along an arc path that does not require an entity.- the text will either be a single entity, group or block.- can edit the text as if it were a single text entity- allows the properties of the text to be changed (layer, text style & height, colour) via the properties panelAnd in the quest for the perfect tool... ;-)- a grip point in the middle of the text string that will change the radius of the text path- a grip point on the ends of the text to rotate the text about the centre of the arc- a grip point at the path centre that will move the textI also want to be able to create these arc text labels via LISP.If I ever get around to devoting much effort to this I thought I might need to have a user editable configuration file that describes the width for each character for each font used.I label a lot of curves and I end up editing and moving a lot of curve labels. If anyone has experience with an add-on that handles arc text well I would love to hear about it.
