error "not functional"

Briscad v9 professional the command “_extrude” and others acis command indicates the following error "not functional" What do you think? And how can I fix this?

    For acis commands to work, a Bricscad Pro license key has to be installed. Could it be  you are running Bricscad Professional using a license key for Bricscad Classic?
