Search-Function in this forum

Hi,

is there a possibility to search this forum also by way of google?

or do I HAVE to use the search-field here in the forum directly?

    I think this, and adding your searchterm, is about as close as you can get for searching the forum by way of google.
    Or a bookmark with keyword helps for direct access from your browser.

    What I don't like is the fact that with site:bricsys.com I get other results also (not forum only).

    I therefore tried site:bricsys.com/common/support but with that approach the result is missing out on many forum-threads altogether.

    So I guess your suggestion IS the best available solution, although not optimal.

    Try to include

    Forums > Bricscad

    like this:

    http://www.google.com/search?q=Forums+>+Bricscad+site:bricsys.com

    This is an excellent Idea! I made it even better in putting your suggested phrase into double quotes ("). This way even the beginning of the title is basically always shown in the results, giving me a better overview, what each search-result is about.
