V9.3 can't copy between drawings

I can't seem to copy between drawings from v9.3 onwards.

Anybody else have this problem?

    There is a recent thread about the abandonment/replacement of Copy between drawings with windows copy/paste and Copybase, but the old way still works for me in 9.2.16.
