aligning viewport space in Layout

Hello every body,

Its Sanjay here i am using Bricscad 9.3.13 version and i would like to know how to align the viewport space in Layout, I used to do this in AutoCAD by using Express Tools --> AlignSpace command, is there any such command available in Bricscad. If anybody knows please let me know it will be greatly appreciated.
