Editing Blocks in Ver 10.1.9

Editing a block with several attributes is done with the help of the TAB key to move around. It works in Ver 7. Why not in Ver 10.1.9, or I miss something ?

    With EATTEDIT if the focus is in the value editbox, then enter allows to cycle through the attributes. The TAB button allows to cycle through the controls.
