Printing with plotstyles requires to have the box "plot with plotstyles" checked. I have people asking me why the plotstyles are not working (box unchecked). That has give me these thoughts / questions:
(1) Why is that button not in the same area where to select the plotstyle?
(2) Why is the selection box for the plotstyle table not greyed out when the "plot with plotstyles" box is not checked? Like to unlock the option to select the proper plotstyle, after having selected to plot with plotstyles.
