Shortens or lengthens linear or symmetric dimensions

Hello,

we are still using AutoCAD Mechanical 2000 and are looking for a alternative 2D-CAD System. One of the very helpfull features is the "AMDIMSTRETCH" command, which shortens or lengthens linear or symmetric dimensions.

When using this command you just pick a dimension and then enter the new value of it and select the entities to be stretched by a crossing window.

Is there any simlliar function in Bricscad or is there a Lisp Tool or add on which implements such a function?
