Are there any chances that INTERSECTION SNAP behavior will be fixed? (Support request 21459)

Now it catches not only the actual intersections but also intersections of extensions of objects.

This behaviour makes difficult, for example, to draw dimensions, when you are expecting only actual intersections to be caught by snap.
