Mouse scroll wheel

A colleague has started using BricsCAD and has found himself unable to use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom - it just scrolls the text pane up and down. I've tried clicking in the drawing space then using the scroll wheel, which doesn't make any difference, and looking through the Mouse settings in Control Panel for compatibility settings (I did find mention of some mouse drivers causing problems for AutoCAD and wondered if the same issue was true of BricsCAD). Any ideas?

    Sorted! I think it must be a driver issue - plugging the mouse into a different USB port fixed the problem.

    My mouse worked fine with its original logitec drivers.  When I downloded the lates drivers for my mouse, the zoom stopped working.  I unistalled the Logitec drivers and ended up on whatever the windows default drivers are and its seems to work fine.
