Code page conversion is impossible?

not support other Code page but only us?

when I open a dwg file who created by Auto CAD 2006,the text show as ???,and when I double click the text to edit,it show as "\M+5B2C4\M+5C1CF\M+5B2D6\M+5BFE2\M+5BCB0\M+5B9A4\M+5BEDF\M+5B7BF"

the console return:DWGdirect warning: Code page conversion is impossible because conversion table for "ansi_936" is missing.

os:Mandriva 2010.0 simplified chinese use zh_cn.UTF-8

Special characters like " Á á É é ó ñ " are shown like " ? " when write or edit text.

Have Spanish version of Ubuntu 9.04

it was possible to convert from dos 866 codepage to win 1251 codepage
